The Commercial Director is responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic business development. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a commercial strategy tailored to the software industry, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify emerging market trends, new revenue streams, and opportunities for SaaS and software solutions.
- Lead and manage sales team to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build, nurture, and manage key client relationships, including enterprise, mid-market, and B2B partnerships.

7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within a software, SaaS, or technology-driven company.Demonstrated success in driving software sales, revenue growth, and executing go-to-market strategies.Strong expertise in SaaS pricing models, subscription-based revenue strategies, and enterprise sales cycles.Proven ability to negotiate high-value deals, develop financial plans, and drive strategic initiatives.Experience leading high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, competitive environments.Deep understanding of demand generation, and customer acquisition strategies.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
