- Supervision of Subordinates
- Organize and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within the factory is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner
- Policies, Systems, Processes, & Procedures:
- Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures, and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
- Day- to-day Operations:
- Day- to-day Operations
- Supervises the day-to-day operations of the E&I shift technicians to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes, and procedures.
- Supervise E&I maintenance and repair work on plant and equipment in all areas to keep efficiency as per Plant Target.
- Assist with the implementation of preventative maintenance procedures and requirements for E&I equipment to increase the efficiency of the devices.
- Assist in identifying spare parts and materials requirements for E&I sections (purchase request) to meet those requirements as per inventory level and Company policy
- Complete an end of shift report as per shift base and carries effective communication & handover activities to tracking the devices performance.
- Supervise team, with particular emphasis on training them to cope with new technological developments.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices considering ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
Health, Safety, & Environment: - Monitor the adherence to all relevant safety and environmental management procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
Academic and professional qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and control engineering or electronic and communication engineering Experience: 2- 4 years relevant experience in E&I including at least 1 years in same field
