About the Role:
We’re looking for a Fleet Operation Senior Specialist specialized in fleet Allocation to optimize fleet efficiency and ensure seamless container land transportation operations. This role is key in maximizing asset utilization, coordinating logistics, and managing drivers to maintain smooth daily operations. If you have strong organizational skills, operational expertise, and a proactive mindset, we want you on our team!  

Key Responsibilities: 

• Shipment Allocation & Fleet Optimization:  Assign incoming shipments (from customer service via email/OTM module) to maximize truck utilization and optimize daily operations.  
• Asset & Resource Planning : Strategically manage truck distribution to improve efficiency and reduce idle time.  
• Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with:  
            1- Maintenance Department : Report accidents, and ensure workshop availability.  
            2- Fleet Tracking: Ensure smooth and real-time shipment monitoring.  
            3- Fleet & Driver Management: Handle driver assignments, performance monitoring, and hiring when needed.  
• Operational Reporting & Analysis :Track fleet performance metrics, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
