- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for the SAP FICO module.
- Configure the SAP FI and CO modules according to business requirements, perform unit testing, and support integration testing to ensure system functionality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and user manuals, to support system implementation and user training.
- Act as a primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to the SAP FICO module, ensuring timely resolution to minimize business disruption.
- Financial Reporting: Support the generation of financial reports and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist in change management initiatives by communicating changes to stakeholders and providing necessary training and resources to facilitate smooth transitions.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) and Certified FICO is a plus.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in SAP FICO consulting or related roles.Strong understanding of financial accounting and controlling processes.Ability to develop detailed proposals and plansExcellent organizational and coordination skillsA great listener with ability to communicate with people of diverse disciplines.Knowledge of data analysis and research techniques.Excellent command of English.Excellent MS skills.
