Business Development Executive
- Develop new business opportunities and actively seek new growth and expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Strategically uncover new sales opportunities using business, social and legislative changes in the market and industry
- Attend business meetings with prospects and lead on the process all the way through contract signature and achieving sales targets.
- Analyzing data from market and consumer studies to generate commercial insights
- Managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.
- Review the operational plans for facility development projects.
- Create a database for all facility development projects.
- Open the field in the market on behalf of the company for facility projects.
- Study the site and solve problems and obstacles before implementation.
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above.2. 3-5 years of working experience in sales and marketing specifically in service sales, insurance, banking, or facility management-related experience is preferred.3. Good experience in direct / channel sales, customer relationship development & management.4. Strong negotiation and aggressive sales skills.5. Ability to work under pressure.6. Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable.7. Preferably to have a car.8. Excellent communication skills in English.
