CEO Personal Assistant

  • The ideal candidate will manage the CEO’s calendar
  • coordinate meetings, handle confidential correspondence, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Responsibilities include preparing reports, arranging travel, and acting as a key point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills, discretion, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required.

 Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong verbal and written communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.High level of confidentiality and professionalism.Flexibility to work outside regular hours if required.
