Admin Facility

  • Responsible on all AXA premises services including housekeeping maintenance
  • Handle all request complaints faced by the staff for any of facility maintenance service
  • Quarter report for the quality of service of the Facility Management.
  • Handle the staff parking logistics.
  • Make a purchase for items needed related to maintenance or kitchen suppliers
  • Handle the office utilities phone bills, Electricity bill and water for all AXA premises and branches
  • Responsible for all the company stationary including preparation of Purchase requisition distribute the stationery
    on monthly basis to requester

Front Desk

  • Meet and greet branch walk in customers.
  • Guiding walk in customers with any needed support
  • Paying branch\'s electricity and water bills
  • Receiving and delivering any cheques (Some cheques or reimbursement cheques)
  • Handling office administrative work
  • Reporting any maintenance needed for premises.
  • Receiving and sending daily courier
  • Reporting any needed supplies for the office
  • Focal point between head office and Alex office for any further coordination needed.
