Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Responsible for High Level and Low Level Design engineering and network design optimization o Drive increased quality of our network end to end o Provide HLDs, LLDs, define templates, modularize and industrialize configuration items and their implementation. o Deploy the network fit for purpose including understanding of how our services/applications layer will run across the network (capacity, capability, utilisation) o Implement Virtualisation and segregation concepts o Conduct proof of concept (POC) validation Responsible for optimal implementation process that delivers ensured quality. o Optimize the design and implementation costs and to achieve a harmonized & simplified network infrastructure o Take control over CAPEX budget; forecast, planning, allocation, approval process, administration o Deployment of the validated solution to its operational environment and deliver training o Planning of Changes and support of Change Management Process o Supervision of external supporters and 3rd parties o Quality assurance in the design and implementation process o Support, Test & Accept/Audit the deployed solution o Hand over the accepted solution to Operations and Maintenance o Manage and control the different existing test environments o Define necessary test catalogues and test plans o Document test & QA activities o Drive knowledge transfer and technical skill development within Network Implementation team Responsible to ensure a network documentation o Support the state-of-the art network documentation for the implemented solution that is aligned with Cyber Security architecture o Ensure the quality of the documentation o Support the data population and accuracy of the Asset- and Change Management - Databases Responsible to ensure network harmonisation and standardization across the Region / the local market o Harmonize Office LAN network across European environments and services o Drive network standards across Local markets o Drive + Support Network innovations as SDN o cultural understanding and strong communication skills o strong team player and appreciate working in a project organization o strong drive and interest in taking on new tasks and challenges o thorough experience in project involving Office IT, Data centre, service management and ITIL processes o Detailed Knowledge in passive network infrastructure o Expert Knowledge in networks (TCP/IP, Protocols, Structures, Hardware, Security) o Expert Knowledge in the area of the installation and configuration of network components (Routers, Switches, VPN Gateways, Firewalls, Proxies and others) o Expert Knowledge in routing protocols, VOIP technology, WLAN technology, DHCP, DNS, AD o Expert Knowledge in network management and network analysis o Excellent knowledge on some the following network nodes and vendors: - Cisco Router/Switches (Nexus, iOS, Catalyst) - FortiNet (FortiGate, FortiAnalyzer, FortiManager) - Juniper (SRX, EX, MX) - F5 (LTM, GTM/DNS) - Cisco Firewalls/VPN Concentrators (ASA) - Tufin #VOIS #BeUnrivalled #Createthefuture
