We seek a Senior Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and Social Media Ads to manage high-budget advertising campaigns in the Arabic market. The ideal candidate will deeply understand Arabic-speaking audiences, cultural nuances, and market trends, ensuring high-performing ad campaigns across multiple digital platforms.
This role requires fluency in English (Advanced level), and proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and TikTok Ads for Arabic-speaking markets.
- Develop localized advertising strategies tailored to the region's cultural preferences and consumer behavior.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize ad spend, and improve ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, audience segmentation, and competitive strategies in the Arabic-speaking market.
- Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to create effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Implemented and monitored Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking to measure campaign success.
- Manage multiple advertising accounts, ensuring strategic budget allocation and performance optimization.
✅ 5+ years of experience in Google Ads & Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).✅ Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns targeting Arabic-speaking audiences.✅ Strong understanding of Arabic digital marketing trends, consumer behavior, and cultural insights.✅ Advanced analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and UTM tracking.✅ Fluent in English (Advanced level); proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.✅ Experience with A/B testing, retargeting, and conversion rate optimization.✅ Ability to work independently remotely, managing multiple projects effectively.
