- Utilize BIM software (such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks) to design and coordinate electrical systems effectively.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to ensure seamless integration of electrical components with other building systems.
- Generate accurate quantity take-offs, schedules, and reports from BIM models.
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices related to BIM and electrical engineering.
Educational Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.Experience: +2 years of experience in BIM roles within the construction or engineering industry, with hands-on involvement in diverse projects.Technical Skills: Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other modeling tools; expertise in creating 3D models, clash detection, and generating construction documentation.Soft Skills: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and resolve design challenges.Project Coordination: Experience in developing and managing BIM execution plans, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors, and ensuring accurate information sharing.Attention to Detail: Ability to conduct quality checks on BIM models, update project databases, and ensure compliance with project standards and guidelines.
