What you'll be doing
1- Conduct manual calculations for planning the demand of each SKU across 10 stores.
2- Replenishment and budgeting: Prepare replenishment plans and identify the total budget required for approval on a weekly basis.
3- PO Creation: Create Purchase Orders (POs) using Slim4/Oracle RMS.
4- Assortment analysis:
- Conduct stock vs sales analysis.
- Perform ABC classification for each SKU and each store.
- Identify new items for addition to the assortment.
- Identify items to be delisted.
- Identify best-selling items.
- Identify Slow moving items.
5- Return to Vendor (RTV): Create, manage, and follow up on RTV processes.
6- Return to Warehouse (RTW): Create, manage, and follow up on RTW processes.
7- Write-off process: Create, manage, and follow up on write-off processes.
8- Stock adjustments and transfers: Manage stock adjustments and coordinate internal transfers between stores.
9- PLV ordering: Identify needs and order non-sellable items (PLVs) for all stores.
10- Supplier follow-up: Follow up with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and regularly check the status of open POs.
11- Tester availability: Identify missing testers for all brands and communicate with suppliers for replenishment.
12- Supplier financial issues: Follow up weekly for stock availability and handle financial issues suppliers usually face with the finance team.
13- Best-selling items: Regularly follow up on best-selling items to ensure availability and track performance.
14- Store visits: Conduct store visits to review MDQs, displays, and gather staff/customer feedback.
15- New supplier proposals: Follow up on suppliers' novelties (New Items) and new proposals.
16- Monthly brand performance report: Create a monthly report for each brand/ SKU, including sell-through, sales, stock, and category management analysis.
17- Stock health management: Monitor slow-moving items, decide whether to ask for applying discounts or delist them.
18- Weekly fill rate follow-up: Send weekly fill rates to each supplier and ask for reasons behind unfulfilled quantities, compared to original order requests.
19- Store Staff support: Assist store staff with system issues related to POs and facilitate communication with UAE teams. Address any issues with damaged, expired items, RTVs, RTWs, or write-offs.
20- monthly sales and stock reports to be send to all suppliers, and monthly calculation of the promotions by suppliers, acquiring their confirmation and creating credit notes with the finance team.
21- Ensure optimal stock coverage for each store by conducting weekly and monthly sales performance and productivity reviews for all brands.
22- Support informed commercial decision-making by always maintaining effective communication with all brands, ensuring a clear vision for stock shipment flow.
23- Work closely with the marketing team to secure the ideal stock levels for new products, promotions, exposure, and exclusives
24- Provide competitive analysis and stay informed on market trends to drive strategic decisions

What you’ll need to succeed
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Stock Management.
- Basic knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
- Beauty Retail / Pharmacies / FMCG background is preferable.
