Senior Recruitment Specialist

  • Filling any newly appeared open vacancies by posting & publishing new ads, screening, filtering, contacting & interviewing the applying candidates. Design & implement overall recruiting channels for better recruiting performance and meeting any due dates that have been set to fill any open vacancies
  • Help prepare a recruitment plan based on the facts of the approved workforce plan to meet the strategic goals that have been set by the upper management.
  • Conducting & handling interviews to make sure that choosing the best criteria & the highest qualifications in the market.
  • Making sure that the best orientation will be delivered to the new hires.
  • Updating the current vacant list according to the recent updates & changes in the hiring 
  • Perform first interview, arrange the second level and other levels of the interviews and receive appropriate feedback.
  • Send offers to accepted candidates and receive their confirmation.
  • Prepare a Pipeline for all positions in order to reduce the vacant days.

Education: Bachelor's degree  of a related field Experience: Min 2 years of experience as a recruitment specialist.HRM Diploma is preferredProven success in senior-level placements.Advanced sourcing techniques (social media, professional networks).Familiarity with Recruitment Websites like Wuzzuf, Jobzella, ... etc.Strong negotiation and communication skills.Educational background (preferred).Ability to influence and motivate junior recruiters.Excellent verbal and written communication.
