  • Responsible for handling production issues that disrupts the production process, reporting them to Production / Printing section Head.
  • Implementing predetermined production plans through planning the required raw materials and preparing shifts schedules accordingly.
  • Monitoring the release of raw materials from warehouses.
  • Monitoring waste rates, analyzing root causes and suggesting means to reduce waste.
  • Ensure waste rates not to exceed the agreed upon figures in the BOM.
  • Monitor & control raw materials usage rates to be consistent with the BOM.
  • Responsible for achieving 100 % of the pre-determined. production plan allocated for each shift.

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree of applied arts - printing & publishing department
  • Good command of English language
  • ability to work in group and under pressure
  • experienced at least 2 years in manufacturing sector, preferable in printing sector
