Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic HR Application Lead to join with our client, a large conglomerate based in KSA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our Human Capital Management (HCM) applications remotely. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our HCM systems align with business needs and drive organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the implementation, configuration, and support of HCM applications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into system requirements.
• Ensure seamless integration between HCM applications and other business systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to end-users.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest HCM technologies and best practices.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and data migrations.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to system configuration and processes.
Skills
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HCM application management, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of HCM processes and best practices.
• Experience with HCM platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or Workday.
• Proficiency in system integration and data migration.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
