- Perform all Secretarial and administrative duties to ensure the professional, efficient and effective fulfillment of Chairman requirements.
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, conferences etc.
- Reminding the Chairman or executive of important tasks and deadlines.
- Managing reception and meeting, greeting incoming Guests.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or related fieldProven work experience as a Office Manager for ChairmanStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time efficientlyExcellent English communication Skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
