Key Accountabilities
• Develop, review and modify job descriptions as ongoing activity.
• Create organization charts in alignment with department Heads.
• Implement employee talent profile for promotions.
• Manage job rotations and employee transfers.
• Analyze and report on performance measurement results with department head for all staff.
• Manage quarterly performance appraisals for all employees by applying the Balanced Scorecard and SMART objectives.
• Analyze and identify employee gaps to support them in their development.
• Assist in the exit interviews.
• Conduct orientation for new hires and manage the onboarding process.
• Assist in modifying and developing procedures and reviewing HR forms.
• Assist in the summer training and internship programs for undergraduates.
• Assist in the Graduate Development Program for fresh grads.
• Report on monthly basis the progress of the OD.
