Sales Executive

Job Purpose:
The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets by promoting academic programs 
(Master’s and PhD), engaging with potential students, converting leads into enrollments, and building long-term relationships to enhance the company’s reputation in the education sector.

 


Key Responsibilities:1. Achieving Sales Targets:• Identify and reach out to potential students interested in postgraduate programs.• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.2. Client Engagement:• Provide academic consultation to prospective students, helping them choose the right program.• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media.• Schedule and conduct meetings with potential students to introduce them to the programs.3. Market Research & Data Management:• Update and maintain the customer database and track the sales pipeline.• Prepare periodic reports on performance, market trends, and customer feedback.• Identify new market opportunities and additional sales prospects.4. Internal Coordination:• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams to ensure accurate information is provided to students.5. Customer Experience Enhancement:• Provide comprehensive support to students throughout the enrollment process.• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.Required Skills & Qualifications:• Previous experience in sales, preferably in education or academic services.• Strong communication and persuasion skills.• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.• Knowledge of sales techniques and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.• English proficiency is preferred.Benefits & Compensation:• Fixed salary + sales commissions.• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.• Dynamic and supportive work environment.
