Human Resources Generalist

- Manage recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage payroll.
- review employees vacation, absence, attendance, sick leave.
- Prepare social insurance forms (1,2,6)
- Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for newcomers to ensure adherence to the personnel filing system.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.


- Bachelor’s degree.- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.- Must Alexandria Resident (Agami preferred)
