We’re seeking a driven Sales Executive to power our Maadi team! This hybrid role mixes office strategy with field action—selling IT, Digital Marketing, and HR services to businesses.

Your Mission:

  • Master all sales channels: cold calls, door knocking, emails, and face-to-face visits.
  • Generate fresh leads and turn them into lasting client partnerships.
  • Smash sales targets with killer presentations and hustle.

Skills

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals effectively with clients, securing contracts that meet both parties’ needs.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills to pitch outsourcing solutions clearly and persuasively to businesses.
  • Lead Generation: Experience in identifying and qualifying potential clients through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track leads, manage pipelines, and maintain client records.
  • B2B Sales Experience: Proven track record in business-to-business sales, ideally in outsourcing, IT, or service industries.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple leads, and meet sales targets within deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving: Skill in addressing client objections and tailoring solutions (e.g., cost savings, scalability) to their specific pain points.
  • Team Collaboration: Capability to work with junior reps (for seniors) or support seniors (for juniors) in a cohesive sales team.
  • Market Knowledge: Understanding of Egypt/MENA business landscapes, especially SMEs and mid-sized firms in tech, logistics, or retail.
  • Resilience: Persistence in handling rejection and maintaining motivation in a competitive sales environment.
  • Bilingual Proficiency (English/Arabic): Fluency in both languages to engage local and regional clients effectively.
  • Digital Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and basic digital tools to connect with prospects.
