- Team Collaboration: Capability to work with junior reps (for seniors) or support seniors (for juniors) in a cohesive sales team.
- Market Knowledge: Understanding of Egypt/MENA business landscapes, especially SMEs and mid-sized firms in tech, logistics, or retail.
- Resilience: Persistence in handling rejection and maintaining motivation in a competitive sales environment.
- Bilingual Proficiency (English/Arabic): Fluency in both languages to engage local and regional clients effectively.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and basic digital tools to connect with prospects.
