- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Address employee conflicts and complete investigations as required.

7+ years of experience in HR (Personnel, Payroll, ER & Engagement and OD) functions.Fluent English language is a mustExperience in telecommunication and/or outsourcing industry is a plusAbility to lead a teamExcellent communication skills
