Mechanical Technical Office Engineer

  • Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Prepare and submit technical documents, including RFIs, material submittals, and shop drawings.
  • Assist in preparing project cost estimates and value engineering proposals.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensure that technical submittals meet client and consultant requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and provide technical support to on-site teams.
  • Collaborate with the sales and tendering teams to support proposal development.
  • Identify and suggest cost-saving solutions and alternative materials.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and client specifications.
  • Participate in project coordination meetings and communicate technical requirements.
  • Provide regular reports on design progress and technical challenges.
  • Support in preparing as-built drawings and project documentation upon completion.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, MEP, or industrial solutions sector.Certifications: HVAC Skills Required:Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Primavera, and MS Office.Ability to interpret drawings, BOQs, and contract specifications.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent communication and coordination abilities.Understanding of local and international building codes and standards.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
