Sales Engineer

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and electromechanical sectors.
  • Conduct a thorough study of industrial ventilation and central air conditioning systems, understanding supply, installation, and engineering solutions.
  • Generate leads, conduct client visits, and present Brilliant Engineering’s solutions effectively.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and align them with client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, ensuring accurate cost estimation and feasibility.
  • Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and payment conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with the technical office to ensure accurate proposals and solution feasibility.
  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and developers, ensuring repeat business.
  • Conduct market research and provide regular reports on competitor activities, market trends, and product evaluations.
  • Follow up on submitted proposals and track project award status to maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Develop a weekly sales and marketing plan, subject to approval by the Sales Manager.
  • Support marketing efforts by participating in exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Ensure post-sales support, resolving client concerns and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Meet quarterly and annual sales targets, ensuring revenue growth.
  • Be flexible in handling multiple sites, understanding the geographical distribution of assigned projects.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction, MEP, or industrial solutions sector.Certifications: Sales & Business Development Certification is a plus. Skills Required:Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems (MEP, HVAC, piping, industrial solutions, etc.).Ability to interpret technical drawings, BOQs, and specifications.Excellent negotiation and communication skills.Strong problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
