Personnel:
- Responsible for company time management system (Attendance).
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions
- Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
- Responsible for the medical and employee the insurance file to editing, cancellation and following up with the medical insurance provider
Payroll Management:
- Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, prepare monthly payroll & issue pay slips
- Ensure payroll and personnel practices comply with relevant laws, including tax regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
- Assist in generating payroll-related reports and other HR-related documentation as required.
HRIS:
- Help and complete the overall structure of HRIS information system planning and the required processes and forms of the design for the information systems architects and programmers to provide standardized processes and forms to assist the HR process.
- Implementation of the human resources management system manual, work and management processes provided by the group company, the standard format of the form, laid the foundation for human resources information
Employees Relations:
- Responsible for guiding the employee relationship management work process
Communication:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and personnel matters in a professional and timely manner.
Recordkeeping:
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure proper filing and organization of documents.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related field3-5 years of experience in personnel/time management and Payroll ManagementResourceful mindset and strong attention to detailExcellent communication and presentation skillsHR Certificate or Diploma is Preferred.Very good Command of English Language.Very good communications and negotiations skills.Males Only
