Associate, Communications

Job Purpose: Responsible for o facilitating effective communication between the School of Executive Education and its stakeholders, ensuring smooth information flow, alignment with branding guidelines, and successful execution of marketing and event initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Collects all data and information needed from different stakeholders of the School of Executive Education to be organized and delivered with high quality to the Marketing team.
  • Acquires a detailed knowledge of the School of Executive Educations’ policies, principles, and strategies, and keeps up to date with relevant updates ensuring proper communications to all stakeholders.
  • Builds and maintains positive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders such as: peer team, corporate partners, sponsors, service providers etc.
  • Develops effective communications strategies to fulfill results while maintaining ongoing healthy relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Facilitates ongoing communications between multiple stakeholders of the School of Executive Education and the Marketing team.
  • Follows up with the Marketing team on agreed upon marketing campaigns and events preparations acting as the Executive Education’s representatives in terms of style and final output.
  • Ensures that all Executive Education events preparations, reservations, and logistics are as planned with required quality.
  • Adheres to ESLSCA branding guidelines and to the School of Executive Education’s style guide, ensuring that we produce a high-quality and error-free copy.
  • Provides support to enhance communications with clients, stakeholders and team members.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.Experience:1 – 2 years of experience in communications or a similar role within a higher education institution.Skills:Established network of contacts with international academic institutions and organizations, with a proven track record of initiating and fostering partnerships.Accuracy and attention to detailsExcellent Communication SkillsExcellent Customer support and handling SkillsExcellent Problem-Solving SkillsExcellent level of English Language.Previous Knowledge with Learning Management systems is preferred.Good knowledge of all MS. Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel…)Working ConditionsFive Days a week
