Job Purpose:
Responsible for playing a strategic role in establishing and expanding ESLSCA’s Executive Education presence in Alexandria. This role focuses on market analysis, business development, and student advisory, ensuring sustainable growth through B2B, B2C, and community-building activities. The Senior Advisor will lead initiatives, cultivate partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive student enrollment and strengthen the ESLSCA brand in Alexandria
Job Description:
- Conducts in-depth market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in Alexandria.
- Builds and manages strategic partnerships with businesses and key stakeholders to drive enrollment.
- Oversees student advisory efforts, ensuring potential students receive personalized educational guidance.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive promotional plan in collaboration with the ExEd communications and marketing teams.
- Leverages Alexandria’s alumni network to establish and grow the "ESLSCA ALEX COMMUNITY."
- Attends and contributes to ExEd’s monthly virtual and quarterly in-person meetings.
- Mentors and supports junior team members, ensuring high performance and alignment with business goals.
- Engage with current students to provide post-service support and enhance student satisfaction.
Education: ▪ Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). Experience: ▪ 5 years of experience in business development, sales, student advisory, or a related field, preferably in the education sector. Skills: ▪ Excellent Planning & Organizational skills. High level of ownership, responsibility with a self-driven personality Very Good communication & negotiation skills. Excellent Problem-Solving Skills & ability to think strategically Excellent level of English Language. Excellent knowledge of all MS.
