Job Description 

Job Title:        Sales Medical Representative

Department:  Corporate

Reporting to:  Corporate Deals & Dr. Referrals Manager

What you’ll be doing:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Medical Representative to join our team in the optics industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmology doctors, effectively communicating the benefits of our products and services. You will be tasked with promoting exclusive special discounts for their patients to visit our optical stores, ultimately driving sales and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmology doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Regularly visit assigned doctors and healthcare facilities to present our optical products and services.
  • Provide ongoing product knowledge and support to doctors and their staff.
  • Present the latest optical products and services to ophthalmologists and other medical professionals.
  • Highlight the exclusive discounts available to their patients for visits to our optical stores.
  • Drive sales by encouraging ophthalmology doctors to recommend our optical store to their patients.
  • Ensure that patients referred by doctors take full advantage of the special offers and discounts available.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic promotional efforts.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
  • Report sales progress, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.
  • Assist ophthalmology doctors and their teams with any inquiries regarding our products, services, and discount schemes.
  • Ensure seamless customer experience from referral to purchase in our optical stores.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Proven experience as a sales representative, preferably within the medical, optics, or healthcare industry.Familiarity with ophthalmology and optical products is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with medical professionals.Target-driven with excellent organizational skills.
