Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field (preferred).Minimum 2 years in recruitment or talent acquisition.Proven success in senior-level placements.Advanced sourcing techniques (social media, professional networks).Familiarity with Recruitment Websites like Wuzzuf, Jobzella, ... etc. Strong negotiation and communication skills.Educational background (preferred).Ability to influence and motivate junior recruiters.Excellent verbal and written communication.
