Key Responsibilities:
- User Research & Strategy: Conduct user research, surveys, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and create user personas/journeys.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes (low- to high-fidelity), and user flows for both web and mobile platforms.
- Visual Design: Design pixel-perfect interfaces with a focus on consistency, accessibility, and modern aesthetics (typography, color, icons, etc.).
- Responsive Web Design: Ensure seamless adaptability across devices, screen sizes, and browsers.
- Mobile App Design: Craft intuitive mobile interfaces (iOS/Android) aligned with platform-specific guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate designs into functional products.
- Usability Testing: Conduct testing sessions, gather feedback, and iterate designs to optimize user satisfaction.
- Design Systems: Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Stay Current: Keep up with UI/UX trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:Proven UI/UX design experience (2+ years) with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile app projects.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and platform-specific guidelines (Material Design, Apple Human Interface).Experience with user research, prototyping, and usability testing.Excellent communication skills and ability to present design rationale.Self-starter with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Nice-to-Haves:Motion design skills (After Effects, Principle) for micro-interactions.Basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).Familiarity with Agile/Scrum workflows.Experience designing for complex enterprise systems or data-heavy interfaces.Understanding of UX writing or content strategy.
