Job Summary:
Project Sales is crucial in driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) sector. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong understanding of high-end building materials and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including architects, consultants, designers, and project owners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new project leads within the target market.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the AEC industry.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to architects, consultants, contractors, and project owners.
- Provide technical and product expertise to clients, addressing their specific needs and requirements.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Resolve customer inquiries and address any issues that may arise.
- Possess a strong understanding of high-end building and finishing materials, including (Porcelain, natural stone, and marble, among others).
- Be able to provide technical advice and support to clients on product selection, specifications, and applications.
- Track and analyze sales performance using CRM software.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:Relevant Bachelor's degree. Engineering (Civil, Architectural, or related field) is preferred.2-5 years of experience in sales within the construction industry, preferably focusing on high-end building materials.Proven track record of successful sales achievement and exceeding targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.A valid driver's license and owning a car are prerequisites.
