- Manage the site’s day-to-day operations and conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
- Manage a team of subcontractors and site workers to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on project timelines and objectives.
- Ensure that all materials required for finishing works are available and delivered on time .
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise on site during the finishing phase.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards during all phases of finishing.
- Review and approve any variations or changes related to finishing works and prepare reports accordingly.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to finishing works, including inspection records, work logs, and quality reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of experience in a construction site management role, with a focus on finishing works.Alexandria residents ONLYExtensive knowledge of construction materials, methods, and techniques used in the finishing phase.Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong communication ,leadership and team management skills.
