- Direct and coordinate construction, installation, maintenance, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and end-user requirements for the whole maintenance departments including the Electrical, Mechanical, and Refrigeration departments.
- Planning and performing all the preventive maintenance for the production lines and electrical.
- Achieve and analyze maintenance Key Performance Indicators and issue periodic follow-up reports.
- Inventory of spare parts requirements for production lines, monitoring stock levels in warehouses, and identifying critical spare parts.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, including maintenance expenses, repairs, and capital.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team of maintenance management professionals across different. locations, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of employee performance.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- Supervise day-to-day engineering activity and work product.
- Execute equipment maintenance strategies and perform other duties or projects as assigned.
- Updating Plc systems to keep the system more reliable.
- Maintenance of All power and control panels of Ammonia compressors and keep it in the maximum productivity.
- Ensuring full utilization of machines and equipment with standards.
- Dealing with problem-solving of utilities such as compressors, boilers, pumps, cooling towers, chillers, and water treatment stations.
BSc degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field.Lean manufacturing Knowledge, TPM, 5S, and Kaizen.Dealing with PLC, VFD, HMI, and SCADA systems.Thorough knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams.Strong leadership and management skillsGood communication and problem-solving skills
