Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain training records and track employee development progress.
- Assist with the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive comprehensive training.
Recruitment:
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Conduct background checks and verify employment references.
General HR Support:
- Assist with various HR-related tasks and projects.
- Maintain compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and managers.
- Help with employer branding activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- An HR diploma or, PHRI preparation course is a must.- Minimum 2:3 years of hands-on HR experience.- Proven experience as an HR Specialist in the manufacturing industry.- Proven experience in recruitment and training. - Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Strong organizational and time-management skills. - Knowledge of HRIS systems is a plus.
