Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Manage and analyze financial reports, prepare annual budgets, and periodic reports.
- Develop financial plans to ensure sustainable cash flows and achieve the factory's financial goals.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and ensure effective management of working capital.
- Supervise the preparation of financial statements in accordance with adopted accounting standards.
- Develop strategies to reduce costs and increase profitability.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the achievement of the factory's financial goals.
- Deal with tax authorities, accounting firms, and banks.
Required Qualifications:- At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food industry.- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (professional certifications like CMA or CPA are preferred).- Experience in preparing financial statements, managing cash flows, and financial analysis.- Strong leadership skills and ability to make strategic financial decisions.- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.- Good knowledge of Egyptian tax laws and financial regulations.
