- Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize costs.
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing practices and process standardization.
- Conduct time and motion studies to improve workflow and productivity.
- Monitor and improve factory layout, material flow, and workstation ergonomics.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to enhance operational performance.
- Develop and implement cost-reduction strategies without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
- Train staff on best practices and process improvements.
- Use data analysis and reporting tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Assist in new product development and production feasibility studies.
Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in industrial engineering within a textile manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.Experience with time studies, work measurement techniques, and process flow analysis.Proficiency in industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.Understanding of fabric processing, garment manufacturing, and textile machinery.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
