Key Responsibilities:
Product Design & 3D Modeling:
- Take accurate measurements of new products and create detailed technical drawings.
- Develop 3D models for mold design using advanced CAD software.
- Ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and manufacturing requirements.
Mold & Tooling Management:
- Oversee tools related to mold manufacturing and ensure they are properly maintained.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of molds into the production line.
Production Support & Spare Parts Preparation:
- Prepare and ensure the availability of spare parts for production lines.
- Design and manufacture new spare parts when required to maintain smooth production operations.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to occupational safety and health standards in all engineering tasks.
- Have full knowledge of the emergency response plan and act accordingly in case of incidents.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Experience: Minimum 5+ years in design engineering, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.Technical Skills:Proficiency in 3D modeling software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools).Strong knowledge of mold design and tooling processes.Hands-on experience with manufacturing spare parts and mechanical components.Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Excellent attention to detail and precision in design work.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in die casting, metal forming, or industrial manufacturing.Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.Familiarity with ERP systems and engineering documentation standards.
