Job Brief:

As a QA Specialist, your primary role will be to establish, monitor, and improve SOPs for all production, quality control, and operational processes in the factory. You will also play a crucial role in handling customer complaints and proactively ensuring the factory meets export requirements and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and update SOPs for all factory processes, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to SOPs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with production, R&D, and quality teams to define and standardize best production practices.
• Analyze process deviations and work with teams to implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate QA documentation, reports, and SOP manuals.
• Train employees on SOP adherence, quality standards, and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and manufacturing regulations.
• Manage and investigate customer complaints, identify root causes, and coordinate corrective & preventive actions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively assess and implement quality requirements for export markets, ensuring compliance with international standards and regulations.
• Work closely with sales and export teams to ensure products meet global quality and certification requirements.
