Main duties: - - Manage the CEO schedule and make sure the meetings are scheduled on the calendar.
- Coordinate between departments and the CEO.
- Bringing offers from suppliers, discussing the offers.
- Receive incoming communication, reports, or memos on behalf of senior staff, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.
- Writing contracts and agreements, send and follow up with clients
- Follow up the assignment’s progress regarding to teamwork and creating communication channels
- Responsible for company’s stationary and office supplies
- Follow up staff daily, weekly, and monthly plan implementation
- Coordinate with the finance department regarding miscellaneous expenses such as buffet, internal maintenance, etc.
- Responsible for the headquarter maintenance and cleanliness, paying bills.
- Coordinate and complete all the events or any business travel or conferences, whether travel tickets, accommodation, clothing, etc.
- Responsible for cleaning and buffet staff, drivers and delegates
- Communicate with all levels and conveying the information required to be announced
- Schedules and attends meetings (as assigned), writing minutes of meeting and follow up on the action plan.
- Responsible for company’s website, marketing activities with marketing company
- Maintain good relationship with existing and new clients.
- Any other tasks may assign due to business needs.
