Job Summary:
A leading construction company is seeking a Junior Site Architectural Engineer with experience in finishing works. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in site supervision, finishing materials, and quality control. This role requires strong coordination skills with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure timely project completion. A personal car is required for site visits and daily commuting.
Key Responsibilities:
​Supervise and inspect finishing works on-site, ensuring compliance with architectural drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.
​Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines to ensure smooth execution of finishing activities.
​Review and interpret architectural and finishing shop drawings, ensuring alignment with project specifications.
​Monitor material quality, workmanship, and finishing details, addressing any defects or issues promptly.
​Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies on-site.
​Report progress updates, challenges, and solutions to the project manager.
​Assist in preparing project documentation, including site reports, snag lists, and material approvals.
​Attend site meetings and liaise with consultants and clients as required.
