Operation Import Specialist

1) Provide customers with the highest quality service by providing consistent customer service and shipment processing to ensure timely movement of freight.

2) Provide and ensure a high level of customer service by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with customers' front-line personnel in the various operating divisions and subsidiaries.

3) Prepare, analyze, and/or submit documentation to the appropriate parties (agents and clients) in order to ensure they are in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations relating to transportation.

4) Ensure all communication with internal and external customers is updated timely

5) Engage with clients related to billing disputes, status of shipments, developing new lanes, improving service, etc.

6) Manage invoicing, documentation and filing procedures for operations in an orderly and timely manner

7)   Adhere to job costing procedures and timely closing of files


Qualification:    Bachelor’s Degree (logistics or business preferred)Experience:      3-4 years of experience in a similar role in air freight operations Skills:                 High quality written and verbal communication skills (English & Arabic)                            High customer orientation
