*Managing complete operations & troubleshooting of the Extrusion Coating Lamination- Plastic process and online/offline

*Supervised the Extrusion Coating Lamination- Plastic process and managed production quality and operations.

• prepare plans and operation programs for all Extrusion Coating Lamination plastic production machines and the supporting/secondary equipment (For example plastic crushers and air compressors) and present them for approval to the plastic department manager.
• Handling the daily production process and all the related activities.
• Follow up on the implementation of work orders in accordance with the plan approved by the plastic department manager.
• Preparing production reports that contain operating and stopping rates, optimum performance rates for machines and analyzing operating conditions.
• Monitor and analyze the scrap ratios and any deviation in the expected production rates.
• Follow up the malfunctions during operation and suggest solutions for them.
• Implement and follow regular preventive maintenance procedures for all machines.
• Create a database for each equipment separately, including a record of faults, maintenance expenses and spare parts used.
• Allocates day to day manpower for different functions on the production lines and solving any rising attendance issues
• Evaluate the operator’s performance.
• Providing supervisors and technicians with the information necessary to raise their technical and administrative competence.
• Make sure that health and safety standards, industrial safety and occupational safety instructions are being strictly followed.
• Assist in preparing reports and drawings for new molds,
• Follow up on raw materials stock and making sure purchase orders are done promptly.
