- Providing overall guidance to newly recruited Sales Representatives.
- Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and periodic reports as assigned by the sales manager.
- Follow up with sales specialists every week to ensure that the monthly target is on the right track.
- Assisting newly recruited or less experienced Sales Representatives in answering technical questions posed by customers.
- Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets.
- Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
At least (3) years of experience in the sales field.At least (1) year of experience in a managerial position.Excellent Sales Skills.Excellent time management skills.Ability to manage by example.Experience with ERP Systems.Ed-tech industry background is a plus.
