HR Senior Specialist

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hire.

Performance Management & Development:

  • Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
  • Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee performance issues and development plans.

HR Compliance & Policy Implementation:

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Keep up to date with changes in labor regulations and ensure company compliance.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.

HR Systems & Reporting:

  • Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
  • Assist in HR projects and process improvements.

 


Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR GeneralistHands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), like BambooHR and PeopleSoftKnowledge of Applicant Tracking SystemsSolid understanding of labor legislation and payroll processFamiliarity with full cycle recruitingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGood problem-solving abilitiesTeam management skills
