Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hire.
Performance Management & Development:
- Support the implementation of performance management systems and processes.
- Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Provide guidance to managers on employee performance issues and development plans.
HR Compliance & Policy Implementation:
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Keep up to date with changes in labor regulations and ensure company compliance.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with legal requirements.
HR Systems & Reporting:
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation.
- Generate HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.
- Assist in HR projects and process improvements.
