5- Ensure all equipment adheres to safety standards, regulations, and industry codes, and promote a safe working environment.
6- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
7- Collaborate with production, operations, and engineering teams to plan maintenance schedules that minimize disruption to operations.
8- Train and supervise junior maintenance staff or technicians, and ensure that they follow standard procedures and safety protocols.
