• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.• Experience in textile production, process engineering, or industrial manufacturing.• 2-5 years of experience in cotton spinning.• Strong knowledge of textile materials, fibers, and production techniques.• Understanding of textile machinery, automation, and quality control processes.• Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production efficiency.• Proficiency in production planning.• Familiarity with industry standards, such as ISO, ASTM, and environmental regulations.• Leadership and teamwork skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams.
