Job Description:
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing the company’s marketing strategy, with a focus on digital and social media channels.
This role involves creating engaging content, managing the company’s online presence, and executing campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract potential customers.
The Marketing and Social Media Specialist works closely with the sales and operations teams to support overall business objectives.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation
Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different platforms
Proficiency in using social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram)
Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing tools, and social media analytics
Understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) and digital advertising techniques
Creative and analytical mindset, with the ability to measure and improve campaign performance
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Familiarity with shipping or logistics preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company’s comprehensive marketing and social media strategy
Create and manage a content calendar, producing high-quality, engaging content for the company’s website, blog, and social media channels
Optimize the company’s website and online presence to improve user experience and search engine rankings
Manage the company’s social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments, and monitoring performance
Collaborate with the sales team to create and distribute lead-generating content, such as eBooks and whitepapers and webinars.

Analyze marketing and social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement

Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and best practices in digital marketing and social media

Assist in planning and executing marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities
