- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultations with managers, instructors, or customer representatives.
- Design and create training manuals, online learning modules, and course materials.
- Schedule, organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Present information using a variety of instructional techniques, including role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
- Monitor and evaluate training programs' effectiveness, success, and ROI periodically and report on them.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings, and attending relevant courses.
- Maintain a training database and keep accurate records of staff training and development.
- Provide feedback to program participants and management.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Education, or a related field.Proven work experience as a Training Officer, Training Coordinator, or similar role.Knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles.Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques.Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and e-learning platforms.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
