- Compiles information into reports, reviews them, and sends them to the direct manager and the statistics department based on the previously agreed plan and schedule.
- Tracks inventory movements, including expired items, damaged goods, adjustments, and unsold stock in the branches.
- Works on minimizing violations during supplier inspections and increasing the rate of violation closure.
- Trains new employees on quality principles to ensure they are equipped to perform effectively.
- Develops improvement plans and corrective/preventive actions in coordination with the direct supervisor.
- Monitors the implementation of processes to ensure no deviations from quality standards, and creates plans based on risk assessments before execution.
- Assists senior management in making critical decisions related to administration, suppliers, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
