- Organizing the daily production activities and solving any technical problem.
- Analyzing the production line processes to minimize the waste and balancing the standard time of the processes to maximize productivity.
- Creating and modifying the process sheets for the production processes.
- Research on the best available techniques to incorporate into the process, and calculate and improve manpower requirements and efficiency, equipment and tools to optimize the manufacturing of products.
- Supervise the SAP production module tasks.
- Creating and coordinating the implementation of manufacturing processes using lean manufacturing principles
- Analyzed, developed and recommend design approaches necessary to meet production requirements with quality Procedures as per ISO standard.
- Daily responsibilities involved supervising production lines, preparing daily / weekly production and man hour reports.
- Conducting weekly and monthly preventive maintenance checks and follows ups of automated production equipment and machines, to avoid unscheduled production stoppages.
- Writing periodic reports on the performance of all factory equipment and suggesting modifications and developing techniques by the coordination with maintenance department.
Preferable who are working in the field of home appliances industry.10-15 years of experience.Bachelor degree in Engineering.Working Days from Sunday to ThursdayMust have experience in Home Appliances field.
