Head of Administrative Services Sector

  1. Formulating the internal goals, policies and work plans of the sector, following up and implementing them, and determining the estimated budget for the sector
  2. Directing the sector's employees towards implementing the targets in accordance with the specified competencies and in accordance with MSMEDA’s regulations, and supervising the job performance management system in the sector 
  3. Developing internal policies and procedures in the sector to standardize work and achieve best operating practices 
  4. Develop emergency plans and manage potential risks that may affect infrastructure and maintain them, and ensure the ability of the sector to deal with crises effectively 
  5. Develop an annual operational needs plan for MSMEDA’s sites and develop a clear perception of their needs and financial estimates and the most appropriate way to implement this perception 
  6. Develop mechanisms for supervising the periodic plans for cars and follow up consumption rates periodically with monitoring the MSMEDA’s cars and rental cars to ensure good Use and rationalization 
  7. Develop a plan to secure MSMEDA’s  sites (owned and leased) in accordance with the policies adopted in this regard
  8. Review and follow up all contracts in accordance with the contracts concluded to achieve the obligations of MSMEDA
  9. Follow up the presence and regularity of the required security services in coordination with the contracting party
  10. Review the regularity of cleaning services and auxiliary services, follow up the contracts for rented apartments, rest houses, garages and stores,  and follow up the regularity of the external guard 
  11. The responsibility of following up the storage and preservation of these supplies and items inside the warehouses properly, classifying and arranging them and placing them in the places designated for them within the warehouses until they are disbursed to the beneficiaries when requested or needed to avoid any shortage of consumables , follow up the application of the rules of warehouse procedures and follow-up periodic inventory work
  12. Develop a plan for the management, modernization and development of the archive system / electronic archive, supervising the conformity of electronic archiving with the manual system in force

A suitable bachelor's degree is required.Not less than 14 years' experience Practical experience in the field of Administrative ServicesExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrategic thinking and planning
