- Assist in the development and implementation of BIM standards and protocols.
- Coordinate BIM activities and workflows across different disciplines.
- Act as the liaison between the BIM department and engineers of the same discipline to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Ensure adherence to BIM standards and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate BIM into project delivery.
- Manage and maintain BIM models and data.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
- Assist in the preparation of BIM execution plans.
- Prepare, maintain, and manage BIM documents such as BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDP), clash detection matrices, Model Progression Specifications (MPS), and other relevant documentation.
- Lead periodical coordination meetings and workshops to facilitate project collaboration, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on BIM processes and standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.- Minimum 5 to 7 years of total engineering experience, with at least 3 years of BIM experience.- Experience working in an AEC consultant firm is a must.- Proficiency in coordination software/platforms such as Navisworks, ACC Collaborate, Solibri, Revizto, …etc.- Strong organizational, coordination, and change management skills.- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
